Panda or not Panda

Hi there,
Can anybody ID this loach? Sold as Pandy loach but i am sure they are not. even being 6cm now. but even the small ones when i bought them had never really white lines...

you wonder where the tank light is gone after it switched off...have a look in the fridge then ;)
