I noticed that Rarity has slowed down in activity, her whiskers are drooping, and she's having a hard time staying balanced.
Added melafix just incase, and bacteria supplement just incase it was my water change that did this to her.
I've had this fish for two years and cared for her like crazy. I love her like a person would love a dog or cat.
The scary thing is, I don't know what I did. I've never touched her, never fed her the wrong food, never disturbed her sleep, nothing. I really hate this.

You said you hope the water change didn't do this to her, but if you suspect, you could check. Did you clean out the filter? How did you do it? And when was the last water change before this one? How much did you change? Check pH ammonia nitrite and KH. Check the pH of your tap water, too. Post the numbers and we can see if the water change was likely to have done anything.
What temperature do you keep the tank at?
