My photo is still being used and the seller has not replied to my E-mail.
So I just sent this to E-Bay UK Customer Support:
In this item:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0071846478

The seller is using one of my photographs. I have contacted them asking them to remove my photo as permission was never asked for. You will note my name appears in the photo. The seller has not replied. I object strongly that this seller is using a photo with my name on it because of lack of permission and the fact that I am cheif moderator on the website it was stolen from. This is the Internet's primary source of information for this fish species.
If these fish prove susequently to be defective in any way, the buyer might come to the site for advice, see my name and cause a problem to me that is nothing to do with me.

The item description also states that these fish are easy to keep when in fact they are quite sensitive and difficult fish that require a spacious aquarium. In other words, the seller's advertisement is innaccurate and misleading to a potential buyer because of poor information and the photo not being of the specific fish that are for sale.

I am only contacting you because the seller has ignored my request to remove the photograph.

I look forward to you taking appropriate action.

Thank you, Martin Thoene, Toronto, Canada.
Playing hard-ball now

Martin what are the specs of your Clown Loach tank? What do you feed your clowns? The coloration is a bit different than my Clowns. Did you use aquarium glue to get them to pose for the pic?

MaryJ, before I answer the question are you referring to the big picture above with the dark gravel? Those are not my Clowns, but I can tell you about my setup if you like.

MaryJ....I haven't forgotten about the Clown tank. It's just I've been busy.
I've been asked so many times about the tank setup that I thought I would make sense to do an article and put it on the new site.
I will get to it later today, then put a link up from here.
