I was spending some time observing and taking pictures. I have noticed that the Sewellia seem to joust about one to a half hour before the last of the lights go out for the evening. Here are some pictures and a new video.
I found it very interesting that this turned into a three way fight. I don’t know if it was something in the water conditions or atmospheric pressures that triggered this behavior. I have not seen this level of intensity since. It does attract attention from the other tank mates. The biggest weathered that pops up in the video is for the most part very curious, he will eat out of hand and during tank cleanings and the such it is not unusual to feel him sneak up and give a feel around the intruding hand.
How are your Sewellia doing Jim?
Thanks Graeme! I try
Hello all from Happy River
I have lost count of how many tanks I have
On another note the fellow in the corner of the Rosy tank looks nothing like the others, it has also outgrown the others by double in the same time period. I will try to get better pictures.

My Sewellia are doing fine. Last night they seemed to be exceptionally fiesty before I went out to ring in the New Year.
The big male I recently bought is becoming more outgoing and spars with the large Beaufortia and Sinogastromyzon it shares space with.
