Try Prazi pro or another med with praziquantel (or something close to that) in it. Otherwise, look up feed and tack stores or call your vet, and they can order levamisole. Both levamisole and praziquantel are actual antiparasitics - most fish med sold as antiparasitics are actually antibiotics.

Treat with Prazi first, and do the simultaneous Maracyn doses later, if things don't improve - after a water change and thorough cleaning. Prazi can kill off many unseen organisms in the tank, so scoop those out and add some clean water before treating.

Maracyn 1 and 2 can be very useful aquarium treatments, despite the antibiotics - because of the antibiotics. In certain cases, a very sick fish can fully recover. I won't use antibiotics myself until I absolutely need to.

Tanks are different, and sometimes the speed of the solution can make the problem a lot less stressful on all involved.
