Pictures of my loaches

Post by bslindgren »

Some picture of my current loaches. The pictures were taken with a Canon 300D and a Macro Twin Lite MT-24EX and then manipulated a bit in Photoshop. Nowhere near the excellence of Martin Thoene's pictures, but passable I hope! There are four of the Botia kubotai, all with different patterns. A very entertaining and eminently worthwhile fish. Definitely one of my favourites. I have four small clown loaches, and one a bit larger one (about 8-9 cm). Also a wonderful species in most respects. Definitely one of the most entertaining fish I have ever had.

Excellent shots! I especially like the last one...I recognize that 'feed me' look in his/her eye! :D
