My life is spining out of control, my equallibrium is off.... all because i dont know what kind of loach it is.... it was labled as a spoted bar loach but i dont trust that store.

I would agree on Jim's guess. If you have time, check Species Index and get even clearer close-up shots if you want your loach to be properly identified.

I think Jim is on the money with either Nemacheilus masyai or N. pallidus. That specimen is without a black basal caudal mark, known to Schistura species. Instead it seems to have the typical roundish black spot at the posterior extremity of the lateral line seen with Nemacheilus. I think the tail might be forked too, but it is difficult to tell from that pic.
