wuii-fang ?

Post by clownloachfan »

I was talking to a member on another site, they were asking about a wuii-fang. They said it was another name for psuedogastromyzon myersi. I have never heard of this. I googled it and did a search on loaches.com, nothing came up.

Clowns-6 is a group and more is never too many, providing the aquarium is large enough.

Well, there is a hillstream species called Sinogastromyzon wui

and another species more closely related to P. myersi called
Pseudogastromyzon fangi.

Thank you, it all makes sense now. Just why do the fish stores come up with these names?
