It feels like it was worth all that effort Jim. Mainly, I feel really priviledged to have worked with such a great bunch of people and produced something that is pretty close to the kind of concept we had at the start. I think it will be really good for the hobby and most probably for this site but the greatest value to me is the friendships it forged.

I'm not sure when the book might hit the UK, but it will be sold there. Check amazon.co.uk for dates.
And yes, I agree with Martin. After working on it for so long, it's kind of hard to distance myself from it. It doesn't feel like a new book to me. However, it's a pretty good book.
But damn, it is nice to have the waiting over!
Martin's got to get cracking on those book plates!

When the bulk of the shipment comes in, we'll have to get Ophir and McEntee online for a party. I emailed both of them this morning, but haven't heard a peep!

Wow, I can't wait to see it! Do you have any idea when they will start shipping to the contributor?? Through normal route, I will probably have to wait until next year! That will be a long wait

These copies that Mark and I got today are just advance issue. The main bulk are on a ship coming from the printers in China as far as we know.

They should have shipped your copies direct from Hong Kong! You'll love it, Nonn. They used a lot of your photos - and this is one of the best aspects of the book, IMO.

Can't wait to see Mr. Moose (may he RIP).
It will truly seem real once I'm holding it in my hands and can feel the pages and smell the ink. I love the smell of new books and it's gotta be even better when it's your own.
