Yes, these guys are some of the only fish I have kept that seem to be making eye contact with us. Enjoy!

Cheers Matt, indeed lucky..... i normally drive a few hundred miles to capture the rare species.

I'm at the moment in Sweden and there was Acanthocobitis rubidipinnis named as A. urophthalmus . It was a beautiful fish, fully grown and nice colors, but I managed to keep myself from buying it. 
There were only one left, it would have be in a bag for ~18h, don't have a quarantine, will it fit the tank... were among the reasons I told myself. Well at least I've seen one. Loachwise this was not so good, no Gastromyzons and bad combinations of loaches and other fish.
I'm home sick, we are traveling with 1½ year old and 5 month old and combining eating/sleeping times has been killing me. I have to say I remember why I avoided families with small kids when I went out eating before and now the table has turned and we are the noisy ones.
But once more, extremely beatiful fish and I still envy you Graeme.
