I was planning on purchasing a few Schistura Nichlosi and some glowlight danio's, but unfortunately, I made the very silly mistake of watching England's first world cup match (last saturday) in the pub rather than at home - just for '1' or '2' ,like. As ever though, it did'nt quite work out as quite as planned and after getting a little caught up in the 'festivities', going out for 'just 1 or 2' ended up with a nasty hangover and some even nastier wallet damage, so alas, no funds for Schistura.
(Note to self: never start drinking at lunchtime!). Thanks for all your help though, and sorry if I wasted your time a little!I was kicking myself on Sunday though, as once again, I was massively impressed by the huge array of loaches Emma and Steve had on offer - and all the other fish for that matter (the selection of 'new' danio species in particular was phenomenal). I must say, the overall quality and health of the fish really was excellent - I did not see one sick or dead fish while I was there, which is quite something in such a large and busy shop and is credit to Emma and Steve and their staff. My favorite fish were the Garra flavatra, which I completely fell in love with and are now top of my 'wanted' list. The S. Nichlosi were beautiful too, and I'm going to go back and get them in July. (Fingers crossed they're still there!)
Graeme - How are your new additions getting on? Have the Sewellia settled in ok?

Surprisingly, I got away with it this time - she actually quite liked the new Sewellia when I brought them home. Progress at last! Nice link by the way - she cracked up when i showed her that.
Make her read my signature several times.......I think we're getting to her mate 
(currently writing from my parent's computer in sunny Slough! 
) so will be offline after this for possibly up to 10 days whilst the new computer is delivered.
