same as i always have green nets, i use white one only for fry as they are a finer mesh.

I use a square horse grain scoop to move my loaches from tank to tank. I drain the tank to about a third, remove the ornaments and plants etc. Once everyone stops spazzing, I place the scoop with the opening towards the back of the aquarium, leave the room and come back in 10 minutes or so.
Usually within half an hour, all the loaches are moved without any signs of stress. The scoop cost me about $3.00CAD. Worth every penny because I hate stressing my fish.

khulis are a little tricky and once they get spooked they are zippy little slippery buggers!

i have a large green net that they seem to not mind as much. one thing you can try is setting the large net into the tank, add some blood worms and wait. they'll go deep into the net after them and then you have to move quickly straight up to get them out or they're gone.

my clowns will sit in my hand eating bloodworms, too, but I don't think I'd ever try to hand move them out of the water.
One, I like it that they trust my hands and associate them with comfort.
Two, think I'd rather avoid getting spined!
