I am so sorry. The same thing happened with one of my favorite, oldest Clowns.

Get your other clown a couple buddies when you can. And your Oto would be very happy to have friends. I have 8 Otos and they are frequently together.

too bad to hear. this is what looked similar to one of my loaches when he died. rip loachy!
