Yes, you are correct, that's a Misgurnus anguillicaudatus that was supposed to be in the tank next door, but has jumped over.malfunkshun wrote:Is that a Misgurnus of some kind in the background?

They seem to have different head shape from Nemachilus of Masyae or Platiceps group, and the front area of their dorsal fin base lacks the red marking typical of masyae/platiceps.
