Thanks Graeme,
Because of your photos I am now planning a Yunnanilus set up. What are they feeding on? Frozen foods, live, flakes? etc.

Hi Mike,
Nice choice mate!

I've been feeding mine on basically the same foods as in the
Yunnanilus cruciatus profile. Frozen baby brineshrimp, daphnia, and cyclops and bloodworms and glassworms. Also feedings on small sinking pellets/granules, and crushed flake/powdered fry foods.

Thanks Graeme,
Now lets hope these guys are on the ordering lists again next week so that they will come in. I spoke with Frank at franksaquarium and he said they were on the list this past week, so we will see what happens. Hopefully they don't sell out. I am gonna set up the tank this weekend most likely.

Mine are in a little cube tank stuffed full of Ceratophyllum demersum. I just noticed they have dug quite a pit underneath a big sucker that fell off the heater.

It's a mature 28 litre AquaOne cube tank. It's not their permanent home, but they seem to be enjoying the thick maze of plants. They will need something a big bigger than this long term.
