i reckon it's a Schistura corica Andy, the one i have in the river tanks has pecs the same as the one in the pic.

the histrionica is'nt the biggest i've ever seen but the colour and pattern on this fish is as near to perfection as you could get,
Andy Rushworth grew one of his on to be just short of 7 inches SL.
how big was Johns fish do you reckon?, when i saw it was around 5 inch SL.

To my eye Mick it had to be 7 inches total length, I was quite taken aback when I saw it

I could be completely wrong of course, I'm not so good with estimating length.

Very nice fish and pic's ... makes my wonder, why I never heard of any ornamental fish shows in Germany. Would like to attend one.
