Rainbows bred by me, now 5.5 inches.
I have some spare young fish for collection if required but this strain of Rainbow needs a decent size tank due to the size and active nature.
Some Boeseman's seem much smaller and with less colour. These are the best I have ever seen.

I have heard of this strain thing and that bosemans can be bad at stores. eg i saw bosemans, alot of them at a store and they looked crap. no colour... and the other not as cool rainbows were much more vibrant?? So i guess they vary a lot

First of all, when you talk about loaches, you should mention what kind od species you have in your tank.
For example my Yo-Yo's are messing with a goldie's tail sometimes but they do not really attacking her. Clowns and queens ignore her compeletely.
Talking about plecos and cory's - I have a bunch of them living together (we do love them also). Angels - I'm still thinking about of them, but my fellows (I'm russian) from
http://www.loaches.ru have such tank setups without any problems. The only existing problem - loaches will wipe out all angel's eggs in the dark. So If you want to see your own "angelitos", get rid of loaches. All other other stuff about conditions - forget it. Home bred Angels are adapted to you local Ph/Gh/Kh. This may be a real concern for wild Angels from Amazonia, but they are notably more agressive and can protect their eggs even from loaches.
Cheers.
