Almost looks like its missing a set of fins behind the pectorals. The color is very different and the nose is also very different. Could it be a sort of sub species of striata yet to be recognized? I see to many differences when i compare it to mine.

I've finally been in contact with the owner, and she showed me some pics, and it is without a doubt Striata. Mystery solved! She said that it was really pale, and it didn't even look like the same fish in the new pics, but she said it was

maybe its a mutant hybrid of both. dario and striata mwahahahahah..
as my striatas get older they have very pronounced lipstick red on the tip of their mouths.
i can't see that from the picture.
