Oh aye! When did you recive the Dr. Tan Heok Hui book, Jim? Is it any good?

I got it about a month ago, only a few days after ordering. Its a very nice book, very technical, though, as I would expect. The front section of the book is mostly descriptions of the various species with plenty of those nasty looking pickled specimens. The back, however, has about twenty pages of gorgeous fish and habitat. I only wish there were more pics in that section.
But then again, the whole book could have been full of pics like that and I still would want more.
I just wish the back section was a catalog from which I could order some of the cool species pictured.

aha, thanks, much clearer now. Martin's alleged "stellatus" are most certainly the same fish I got here.

So, from what I have read, you are most likely to find zebrinus in ctenocephalus only shipments, while you would find stellatus in both shipments of pure ctenos or cteno/ocellatus mixes.
