Jeff, I put a news item (pretty much similar to my above post) in (I thought) the news section, but it doesn't come up. I can't work out exactly where it is apart from being visible in the changes column.

Can you PM me (or mail me) how to place news items for future reference?

Martin.

Only Published news items show up in the news section. I published yours earlier today, and everything works great.

Thanks!

Mark.....we wrote the book back in 2003 and it still sits in TFH Publications files awaiting a projected publication next year in late Summer/early Autumn.

Obviously in a book you can't feature anywhere near the number of species we do on the website, but there's around 60 in the original book text, plus there's a lot of stuff that doesn't feature on Loaches Online. It's so hard-core loach-fanatic in nature that someone called it "Loach-porn" while we were writing it  An enjoyable bed-time read to be sure.

Even unpublished it's top of the pile here:

You don't like the glow? I need something to pull out the loach logo from a dark blue (e.g. forums) or green (e.g. community) background. Otherwise, the transition is awkward. It looks fine to me.

the glow is good but not the grey one on the green background
