speaking of a 75..

55 = 48x13x20
75 = 48x18x20

the only difference is 5" more depth? (front to back)
not going to get one, but interesting..

Once the tank is four feet long, five inches of depth is substantial. If you're not going to get this size of tank, do what I do, and collect the smallest loaches, and look after them.

I have a 75g (former Botia tank) and a 65g (former brookloach tank) full of orchids in my home now. Turns out the lights and humidity control work well for the plants. Even a 75 is a bother to move - empty! - but I wish that one day it will be filled with loaches again.

i have a slight feeling that i will go crazy whether or not i get a big tank...
1. if i cant, and im stuck with the 10g., i'll go mad for not being able to get more loachies!!
2. if i can..i wont be able to contain my excitement!!
