what size did you get? 300w??
your tank is 55g right? either two 150w or a 300w should be good..

i got two 200w for a 75..

Oh man, I'm sorry for your loss. That must be devastating, to lose so many fish at once... especially ones that you've had for so long!

That ones displays both tank and room temps and you can program high and low alarm point. Has LED's that blink and an alarm that will chirp for a few seconds every minute that these setpoints are crossed.
