Hi again amiidae,
Are you keeping these on their own, or do you have them in with other species? If so, how have they been initially interacting with them? Do they appear to be peaceful, aggressive, shy etc?

I own 2 Botia species at the moment, Leptobotia pellegrini for being the other species.

Hi Emma,
i keep them with Leptobotia pellegrini and some other SA catfishes, they "play" among themselves most of the time.
Even with the light turned on, they would zoom in and out from their hiding spot - a large driftwood. Not very shy i would say if you compared them to Lep. pellegrini.

Hi Graeme,
I know Benny, we do meet up fm time to time as we are both staff members for 2 sites.
His pix quality is far better than mine.
I don't have any recent pix of that Lep Pellegrini, wil try to post some maybe later.
