I've never heard back from Matt. I don't know where he is. :? I was spying these Butis butis myself but had to resist.

Martin, i only eat people who look purple

i was looking at the fishfood, and no-one thought to look there. i wasnt being camera shy, honest.

it was great to meet Lee and Dave, maybe another time we will get to meet some more UK regulars.

so is there any good places to have a book launch party somewhere easily accessible? or should we all go to birmingham (hint hint) and is there anyone with a web-cam willing to put it to good (???) use?

Although willing to travel (honest!) I think Peterborough is quite a central location for many of the LOL regulars. Either that or your place, Hels. Remember I bagsied the spare bedroom, it's tents for the others, heheh!

And I have a feeling Graeme and Mark are hatching up some sinister plan.... :?

as we were thinking of having something at nearly the end of November, tents may noy be the wisest of plans for this time. how about a summer something next year if people like the idea of tents? we might have had enough dry weather to have had the bonfire that resides over half the garden at the moment, and then get some grass down instead.

i am not going to complain about having a meet at Peterborough. i got the impresssion certain people were hinting about a night on the town. there is a very nice pub on on old barge on the river in peterborough, and also a brewery with a pub attatched, with glass walls so you can see the vats of beer, and they do wonderfull thai food that doesnt cost too much. i am not sure about whisky joints though

Hey guys I'm alive and well but have had a real nightmare with work this month. All three directors of the language school I work for decided to bugger off on holiday right at our busiest time of year so this is my first day off for 5 weeks :( Ohhh, those Butis........

My Family and I are coming over for Thanksgiving which is funny as it is a mostly non-event lacking Pilgrims and Indians on that side but anyway I will be near Oakham at Rutland Water for a week at the end of November if that is close to your meet. Is Leicester close to Emma's store? I would love to see that collection you have to choose from over there. :)
