Thanks for that Nancy and Chefkieth. No good news at this point but I will update you with any changes. Chefkieth, you are one insane loachkeeper! Your waterbridges are the most amazing thing I have seen. Did the loaches use them regularly or would you just wake up to find they had moved?

If you had spent some time at vebas over the last year you might of seen me there during the weekdays.
I got mine all from Vebas. Every time they came in to the state Paccos allways looked the best. Maybe it helped with extra food.
It is sad that alot of stores dont know anything about these guys.
Oh well Im off to hide again lol

If I can get it to work again (I think my site has rusted up!) I'll post a pic Martin. Nuvolari, I have been going to Vebas on Saturday mornings for around 10 years. I bought Basil, Cybil and Major there in 1998. I have no idea what brought on the skinny drama. I haven't put a new fish in the tank for at least a couple of years.

Bob, great to see you back here!
What are you trying Basil on, is it Levamisole? Recently Shari & Mad Duff suggested I try Flubendazole on a batch of
Botia kubotai that came in with CWS and which didn't really respond to Levamisole. It apparently yields very good results - I know a lot of discus keepers use it.

Most of the clowns use to swim through the bridges regularly, but I've changed the set-up completey, and only use 1 water-bridge now. Only a few of the clowns use it, the rest of the clowns have taken a great liking to the new 8ft river tank I built for them about 6 months ago. The Boesemani Rainbows use the bridge quite often though.

Hi Emma, I'm using levamisole now, just finished a round of Sterazin (which seemed to work last time). I've never heard of Flubendazole, must see if I can find it if the Big L doesn't work. Basil is still eating, but no noticeable difference so far.
Chefkeith, I almost can't get my head around your clowns having and exercising a choice about which habitat to hang out in. I can see them all heading on over to chill out in the voodoo lounge or something. I love it!
