Oi Marcos ,
Tudo bem ai? Gravel looks great, much lighter and cleaner. I like it a lot. Sorry about the big botias "lutando", that can't have been good.
Little Marcos Vinicius says "hi", he has been telling all of his buddies about your "big fat Clowns", he had been bugging me relentessly to get some clowns so we picked up 6 baby clowns yesturday.

I had a visitor in my home today. A friend who had a solitaire Clown loach on his tank. He exchanged it for a 2000 L/h used powerhead I had.
This newcomer is 7cm long and 1 year old. Now I have 30 Clown loaches.

As usual, a BEAUTIFUL, beautiful tank.
...and a SHITload of loaches! Very lovely. I have five clowns in my 125 gallon along with three angelicus (plus rainbows, roselines, buenos aires tetras, BN plecos) and they are just gobblers!
How to you keep up with the feeding? do you have a set schedule, or feed them extra when they start eyeing each other hungrily!?
great job!

nice
That sounds like a tasty, and varied diet. I guess there is no need to eat ones tankmates under those conditions!

Hey Marcos,
Sorry I could not attend the 2nd loach meeting in Rio. I am really busy of late.
Where do you get the Enchitreus albidus (white worms) from? Grow your own?
Our 6 little clowns are doing great, all eating well and settling in. There is the occasional "brigar" with the Kubs, but they are all working it out.
I hope one of your big clowns doesn't sit on the new little guy, your big clowns are HUGE!

Hi Gary,
I started with one white works culture in november 2006:
Now I have seven!
I´ll gladly give you one, next time you visit me. Just buy the "isopor" box somewhere and bring it with you.
The newcomer is doing fine with the others. No wories.

Great looking fish and pictures. Wish my clowns would swim out in the open that way.

As you might know, I removed the rivertank manifold from my tank because of the heat. Now I use two vibration pumps: one SunSun (5000 L/h) and a Koralia (5400 L/h):

Hi Tanja,
I feel that this tank will be small in a couple years. I decided not to add or replace fishes. My goal now is to have only Clown loaches.
