Sorry, this is the best photo I can make (nearly a hundred attempts), he either hides or moves too fast. As it happens, I have this fellow instead of a Hikari. Identical body shape, and it seems to be less happy about the current than the Hikaris (thus some hiding under leaves).
"glowlight" danio- but a very very poorly colored example.
Should be bright orange with a violet irridescent tail.

Ya they don't like strong strong current those ones. Its a mellower danio (not that any danio is mellow per say)

Maybe its the pic, but they look like two different species to me. The bottom looks like a choprae, and the top one looks like one of the devarios. Check out http://www.danio.info.com
That is, if you can access it. :?

Thanks for trying!

(I should have been clearer)They are different, the bottom is a chorpae, the top is the odd Danio that came with the Hikaris (the tank right now is 6 Chorpae+5 Hikari+This fellow). Apparently it is a Devario shanensis/maetaengensis (thanks to TheWolf), and it is another species that (cf. fishbase) is hillstream-suitable, but he is clearly less enthusiastic about the rapids than the Hikaris and Chorpaes.

Angelfish, it actually lacks color. I would not call it an attractive fish.
