It's actually too late already...the first time you click your mouse on a hillstream post the nano probes climb right into your fingers. I managed to avoid the itch for several years. Then suddenly a fully functional river tank with breeding fish just showed up in my dining room!

Knowing I needed to be on the offensive, but did not have any strength left, my power company shut down the tank and all the inhabitants were wiped out. (Nice of them, wasn't it??? ;-/). However, the tank still existed...and the collective was still active. My local lfs was in on the assimilation program and supplied a tank full of healthy new species. Neeedless to say, I could no longer resist...the tank is now repopulated and my assimilation is complete.

fortunately i seem resistant to the collective. i can feel the nano probes in me cryout out for a hillstream tank but i im currently resisting. clearly my bank prevents full take over. one day though.... one day... my bank account will hit a magic number and then full assimilation will take place. not sure where the collective will appear in my house... im sure they will squeeze in somewhere
