Climbing Gastro

Post by janma »

Last night I heard a dripping sound, more than usual. So I went to check it out. And this is what I found. Sorry about the poor quality, it's taken using flashlight and phone camera.

This hasn't happened on the wall in many months and it was nice to see it again. It puzzles me how it managed to get so high, because it is a so uneven surface. Shrimp climb it everyday and there is one in the picture too. And is it a G. zebrinus?

That's amazing!!!
I'm glad you were able to get a picture.
That gastro looks like the two gastros I picked up the other day.
I'd say its probably zebrinus too.

I had a baby Sewellia do somthing like that. I had it in a fry net getting ready to go to the lfs.

I had placed the net under the outlet of a filter and it started climing up it. I had no idea they would go out of the water.. I was amazed..

Great pictures, really makes you think about the way these fish get around their natural habitat.
