male or female??
hi...
i have 2 yoyo loaches in my 76 g tank.....
one has dark precise markings and has a slim body....the second has lighter marks and has a bigger body
the one with the bigger body chases the other one and dosnt let the one with th slimer body into his territory...who is a male and who is a female?

arent some of those fish fancy goldfish? if they are, they could do with cooler water than the yoyos need. and the silver dollars and possibly the irridesent shark, depending on what species it is, can get big. perhaps you could consider whether you really want the yoyos, and if you do, trade in some of your other fish so as you have space to get more? you are liekly to find that the chasing is then shared out between all the loaches rather than just the smaller one.3 redcaps, orandas, 1 calico, 1 blck moor, 2 silver dollars, 1 irridescent shark, 4 peacock eels, 2 yoyo loaches......

sorry, i hadnt realised where you live - your tank water would be warmer than my tank water with no heater by quite a bit, i would think. maybe you could add your loaction to your profile, so it appears under your name? its interesting to see just what an international crowd uses this site.
do you have pictures of your yoyos? sometimes people can tell the sex of these fish from photos, but they are very varied in markings, so sometimes the shape of the fish can give clues.
