Dojo question.

Post by Felhad »

As some of you know, i'm a new Dojo keeper. As of now, I have 4 goldens. My brother however has a natural colored Dojo, and his seems to have grown at a much faster rate. Do the Golden Dojos not grow as large as the natural colored form?

It depends on the amount of food available and frequency of water changes allowing consistent good water quality.

And also the size of tank that they have been kept in since young. There is no way of really knowing what conditions the exporters have kept them in either, so it will vary.
The golden variety have the potential to grow as large as the natural form, but conditions will dictate the rate and ultimate size.
