Hmmm...I don't remember if mine were ever that small. An inch probably but I bought 10 from a friend before and they were the smallest I had seen in the flesh. *Looks for his measuring tape*

Yoyos are really fast growers. If memory serves me right, it took only about 3-4 months to grow mine from 1.5 inch to 4 inches. Largest right now is 5 inches or at least close to 6. The problem with mixing them with cories is they may outstrip the cories' competition for food. These are very boister...

Never tried Frank's but I've yet to hear negative experiences. None so far and I believe Stan Sung, according to TFH, also ordered from Frank's for rare loaches as Frank's was included in his acknowledgement for those who helped him for his loach article.
