You'll probaly think i'm splitting hairs, but i don't use it on the fish but on a place in the tank where i have the camera focused.

I use a pointer to lure a fish to a certain spot when taking photo's.

I would go for pic 65 & 66 being some type of Devario similar to Devario laoensis or Devario chrysotaeniatus. The fish that caught my eye are just above 55 to 64, is there anybody able to help with an id.

I was kind of hoping someone would confirm or trash my suspisions, that the fish pictured above is indeed Schistura vinciguerrae.

Here’s some pics of what the lfs are selling as Schistura sussanae, to my untrained eye they look very much like my Schistura vinciguerrae. They where fairly cheap so I brought a couple. Tropical fishfinder says an lfs near by is stocking Schistura sussanae, but that name doesn't as far as i can see appear in the species index. Has anybody heard of this fish?

Sorry if i am being dim, are you saying colour varies from region to region? As ever i want my fish to be as content as possible, I'm still relatively new to the hobby so decoding colours is all going towards my learning.
